Let’s get started

We’ve streamlined registration by combining the Youth Conference and Young Women Camp forms into a single online form. However, some waivers are still required by the Church and the YW campsite.

Before filling out the form at the bottom of this page, please take a couple of moments to review the following requirements

1.

An additional permission and medical release form is required for each Church-sponsored activity.

For example: If you are registering for both Youth Conference and Young Women Camp, you will need to fill out a permission and medical release form for each.

You may download the form using the link below, complete it digitally or by hand, and then submit the finished PDF or photo of the complete form using the attachment fields in the registration form below.

Young Women Camp participants must also complete an additional waiver required by campsite management. Unfortunately, this document cannot be submitted digitally.
